What our students said about Toulouse
Toulouse is a great city! Be sure to check out as many food places as possible! Toulouse has some great spots, but the real sight seeing is outside in Albi, Carcassonne, Cordes-sur-Ciel, Foix, etc.!

What school directors said about Toulouse
As the capital of south-western France and the gateway to the whole Occitanie region, Toulouse offers you the perfect setting to learn French and to immerse yourself in the French language and culture! Toulouse is the 4th city of France and has been ranked the best French student city! It offers the perfect balance by keeping a spirit of « small town » with a rich cultural and historic heritage and its authentic « art of living », offering as well the energy of a big European city, creative, expansive and innovative.

The teacher was extremely good. I am an English teacher myself and found the teaching to be excellent in terms of pedagogy and didactics.
The room was well equipped (I would love to have that at my school) and the online platform is also very well designed. It could be a bit clearer, but the content and communication options are great!
Many thanks to Marie, the super nice and competent teacher! !!

Professionalism of the teachers.
Free coffee during the break. Better explanation about the city, groceries, restaurants, tourist attractions.

Course: Super Intensive Course - 1 week
Student age: 53 years

The small class (6 students), that extra classes were held with more advanced students, and that all the staff took care to learn students' names.
I plan to return in a few months, which is the most definite recommendation that I can offer!

Course: Intensive Plus Course - 2 weeks

The hands-on approach: we spoke a lot of french - and they rather let us make small mistakes as long as we were speaking freely.

That there was a lot of oral training during the lessons. I also enjoyed my individual hours and the phonetics lessons. I am very happy with my two weeks with you.
Last week there were no courses on the A1 level, so the group I was in at A2 level was composed of students with very different levels in French. For me, however, the hours worked well, because much emphasis was placed on oral training.

The lessons. The small groups. The language workshops in the afternoon.
3 April 2018
Course: Intensive Plus Course - 2 weeks
Student age: 27 years

Very skilled teachers, small groups.
The only drawback was that the young (Spanish) participants talked too much in common reading/study rooms.

No compensation for missed classes due to national holidays even though the cost per week was the same.

All in all a very good, friendly and high quality language school, which I would like to visit again.

Location in the center of the city. The second week I had a very good teacher. The school is well organized and I received information about the homestay very early. Very good accomodation.

The manners of the director, Julien, who is very receptive to the problems that may arise. For example, he helped me when I wanted to change my clas.
I recommend this school. Good location and good student treatment in general.

The optional afternoon classes called "ateliers" (even though some were a little expensive).
Lots of very repetitive grammar explanations, and not enough time spent on speaking and writing. In most weeks, we, students, literally spoke more French to each other during the 15-minute break than we did in the actual class time. Writing exercises were relegated to homework (just one short text each week) and were never worked through in class afterwards. Even listening exercises were given secondary priority, and were often not great because the material used was above our level and wasn't worked through at sufficient length.
The quality of teaching was certainly not what it should be given that this school is one of the more expensive options in Toulouse.
The booking process is not ideal either, with some inaccuracies in the school's emails and a less-than-brilliant language test.
All in all, the school does not appear to justify its fees.
Things could probably be improved to some extent by rotating the teachers between classes more frequently.
