FLE (The Agency for Promoting French as a Foreign Language)
The independent agency known as The Agency for Promoting French as a Foreign Language (FLE) provides information to those students wanting to study French as a second language (FSL) in France. The FLE also awards a quality award to schools teaching courses in FSL.
| Requirements FLE member schools need to fulfill | FLE awards this quality certification after the school passes an assessment on 5 key areas within their establishment: management, teaching and training courses, teachers, hosting and support as well as the premises, safety and equipment. |
| Complaint/arbitration procedure offered by FLE | Students who have a complaint against a school with the FLE quality certification can write to the Centre International d'Etudes Pédagogiques (CIEP). |
