Why Trieste? Trieste is the smallest province and the most northerly located harbour ...
of Italy. It is idyllically placed on the slopes of a limestone plateau and you can still visualize the beauty the city must have had a century ago. You should not miss to visit the Cathedral of S. Giusto, the symbol of the town, as well as the old baroque castle.

What our students said about Trieste

Rating: 5/5

It is a great city. People are very friendly and there are many points of interest. In addition, it is very safe and the prices are acceptable. The most beautiful thing about the city, apart from the people, are the landscapes; the Adriatic Sea is extremely beautiful.

Teachers were very committed to helping students learn.
I learned very little in 4 weeks mostly because I simply didn't understand what was being said in Italian. I didn't even know when I was being asked a question in class let alone what the question might be. Pretty much a total waste of time and money trying to learn the Italian language for me.

Location is magical - right next to a church (classrooms are filled with religious paintings) and kindergarten, very close to city's main square - Piazza dell'Unita. The teachers were engaging, invested and made sure the classess were diverse and entertaining. The whole staff was very kind. Social activities programme was great!
