Catalonia is the North-East province of Spain, bordering France, Andorra and the Balearic Sea. The province has a diverse landscape with beautiful beaches in Costa Brava and ski resorts in its section of the Pyrenees Mountain Range. The region is known for its artistic influences including Picasso, Dali and Gaudi. In the region's capital city of Barcelona, you can see Gaudi's masterpieces: La Sagrada Familia and Park Güell as well as explore some of Picasso's finest pieces in the Picasso Museum. Figueres, a small town in the North of the region, is home to the Dali Museum, which displays the highest collection of his work.
